Life is difficult

....and I found a lot of it too much of an effort.

I had no where to go with my 'stuff' so I kept it all in.

I had a problem with strong emotions and they become stronger the more you don't let them run their course.

So I learned ways to take the edge off.

I had many rock bottoms in my past but my 'bottom' at age 32 was what changed my thinking.

I accepted help and learned to start sharing my feelings with people I thought I could trust.

Some weren't trustworthy or couldn't deal with them and they went away. Some stayed.

I took some steps to change the way I feel, rather than the negative alternatives of alcohol, drugs, work or sex.

I became more liberated and felt for the first time that I could walk alongside others, not above or below them, just equal.

I started to feel that whatever fears or self doubt came up I had a tool to use to push through them. I began to feel some foundation of strength, a character and identity was forming.

I found that feelings of satisfaction, relief and joy were starting to come into my life as I was taking action and fulfilling my needs and desires.

Then I realised that one of the things I really enjoy is seeing others experience the same.

That's why I thought i'd become a coach. So I could help people like you to feel those positive and affirming sensations of being productive, kind to yourself and being useful to others.

I want to hear your story and what problems you're having right now and I promise that I will help you the best i can to reach those dreams that you might think are impossible or too far away.
